The Bournemouth Property Association was formed in July 2008.
Our Mission is to bring together property professionals from all aspectsof our industry across the region, to provide information, to encouragefruitful relationships and create business opportunities for all members.
Alex is a Chartered Marketer and Principal of AE Marketing Solutions, a highly skilled marketing consultancy specialising in brand building, social media, event organisation, advertising and publicity, working specifically for the property and construction industry.
Alex has been on the committee of the BPA since 2010 and for the past 2 years has been joint Vice Chair to support Andrew Singleton our outgoing Chair.

I am proud to also work alongside another female Chair at the Southampton Property Association - we have a woman Prime Minister and female Commissioner of the Metropolitan police, so why not of our property associations?!
For this voluntary role I will continue to oversee events as well as deal with social media and PR for the BPA in order to grow this amazing not-for-profit organisation for the benefit of the local property and construction industry.
The 'BPA' encourages people in the property and construction sectors right across the Bournemouth conurbation to network together to nurture relationships and encourage business. It provides an amazing opportunity to meet with like minded people and to gain and provide support for others in the industry."
Alex's ‘day job’ is as a Chartered Marketer working to promote her clients who are exclusively within the property and construction industry, whether by organising events, running their social media, writing and disseminating their news and/or booking and negotiating their advertising.

Matthew is a Quantity Surveyor for Rund Partnership Limited based in Southampton.
