Farouk Vahdati is a property litigation solicitor at Steele Raymond LLP, advising landlords, tenants, investors and managing agents on a wide range of commercial and residential property disputes. His work focuses on delivering practical, commercial driven solutions across a spectrum of property matters, including lease renewals, possession claims, service charge recovery and wider property asset management issues.

As part of the Bournemouth Property Association (BPA) committee, Farouk’s primary role involves promoting both social and CPD events, assisting with social media strategy and content across multiple platforms. He focuses on maximising engagement, increasing event visibility, and driving attendance within the local property networking community
