Rebecca Stubbs

Rebecca is a Senior Associate at Lester Aldridge and has been a committee member for two years. Lester Aldridge is a full-service, leading south coast law firm. In addition to the Bournemouth head office, the firm has offices in Southampton and London, meaning we can offer our clients city expertise at regional rates.

Rebecca specialises in property litigation and assists with all types of landlord and tenant disputes, including dilapidations, forfeiture, lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and rent reviews. She also assists with residential property disputes, including possession proceedings, service charge disputes, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, rights of way issues and boundary disputes. Rebecca works with a wide range of clients, including companies and private individuals.

Rebecca is regarded as proactive, efficient and responsive, with excellent knowledge of procedural law. Within the BPA, she serves on the CPD sub-committee and offers guidance, helping build strong connections within the property community.
