Intalent has rebranded to Talent Seeker
After months of hard work (and many late nights!), we are delighted to advise all our clients and candidates of our company re-brand from Intalent to Talent Seeker. The early indications are; this will be a game changer for the business.
Talent Seeker provide a range of external recruitment and headhunting services to companies and candidates who want a more personal, friendly and trusted recruitment partner. They are a great alternative option for businesses who want to steer away from the sales-driven approach of high-street recruitment agencies.
Specialising in the Marketing, Property, Technology and Finance sectors, the company has also recently relocated their UK Head Quarters to Fordingbridge, as a strategic move to build on their success in Dorset.
Why re-brand from Intalent to Talent Seeker?
Matt Edge-Wilkins (Founder) said that whilst the Intalent brand encapsulated the 'in-house' quality of service and engagement he wanted, it didn't feel like a true representation of the company's expertise and success in headhunting passive talent using advanced online search techniques and leveraging of social media platforms.
"I also wanted something that would be more memorable, scalable and have a stronger brand identity" says Matt.
