MC Plan & Site Services was founded in 2014 and is proud to celebrate, collectively, 40 years for four valued team members, each marking 10 years with the company this year. A significant milestone indeed.
Jamie Edwards, Toni Cook, Tony Pound, and Paul Adams have clocked up 40 years between them all and contributed greatly to the company’s success and growth since its inception.

Jamie Edwards, Building Control Manager, who joined in June 2014 as the first employee, has been a key figure in overseeing building control operations. His dedication to quality and safety has earned him his managerial role, where he leads by example in delivering exceptional service.
Toni Cook, Finance Manager, has been with MC Plan & Site Services since its early days. In her role she has played an integral part in managing the financial health of the company, ensuring its stability and continued growth.
Tony Pound and Paul Adams, both Senior Building Control Surveyors, have been instrumental in shaping the technical expertise and providing training within the company. Tony Pound, who also serves as Technical Compliance Manager, ensures the team stays ahead of industry standards, while Paul Adams’ in-depth knowledge and commitment to client service have made him a trusted leader in the field.
To mark the occasion at the recent staff training day this month, they all celebrated their decades of hard work and achievements. A photo taken at the event shows all four team members looking happy and proud with Mark Cook, a testament to their dedication and positive influence within the company.
Mark expressed his gratitude and said: “We are incredibly fortunate to have such talented and committed individuals as part of our team. We are grateful to each one of them for their unwavering contribution in helping MC Plan & Site Services grow into the trusted business it is today.
