We will be hosting a series of webinars, taking place on the first Thursday of every month. At each event we will be analysing the latest issues and updates in the real estate sector, focusing particularly on tax and accounting issues.
In this session, Robert Langston, our National Head of Tax, will look at the tax issues for property financing arrangements as a result of reduced earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) and cashflow.
Also, our host Sean McGinness, Head of our Real Estate National Practice Group, will discuss with Mark Gauguier, partner at Farrer & Co, the key issues of the day for the commercial landlord and tenant relationship, including of course the thorniest question of all - rent payments and how to recover what is due.
