Real Estate webinar: Housebuilders and Developers Update

Head of Real Estate, Sean McGinness, will be joined by Head of Employment Tax, Angela Ferguson, to discuss issues for developers and the construction supply chain relating to the delayed implementation of the off-payroll working changes.
They will also look at the domestic reverse charge for VAT. Additionally, Sean and Angela will consider the ‘Tackling Construction Industry Scheme abuse’ consultation from earlier this year, which proposes changes to CIS from 6 April 2021.
With all of the above changes scheduled to take effect in March and April 2021, businesses need to consider what process and systems changes are required, as well as the tax and cashflow implications of the changes.
