In this month’s session, Sean McGinness, Head of our Real Estate practice group and Tax Partner, Adam Kay will be considering options for sites ear-marked for affordable and PRS/BTR acquisitions as well as considering why landowners look to structure deals in certain ways.
We will also be discussing typical joint venture arrangements between landowners and developers and some of the tax issues that need careful consideration.
