VICTORIA JARMOLKIEWICZ

Victoria is an Associate Solicitor in the Residential Development Team at Steele Raymond and has been a qualified Solicitor for 7 years. Victoria works alongside regional and local developers on all aspects of development, including acquiring land for the client, assisting with planning and construction issues and overseeing plot sales to end users. Victoria previously worked in the Residential Property Team and as a result, she can assist a developer from the beginning of the transaction, all the way through to completion of the plot sales. In addition, Victoria has expertise in acting on behalf of registered providers of affordable housing - dealing with various affordable housing tenures, such as shared ownership and shared equity.

Victoria is looking to meet and proactively connect with other professionals in the property industry and to facilitate new local relationships within BPA and its members. At Steele Raymond, Victoria is also involved with the firm's Training and Vacation Scheme Programme and is very passionate about advising and encouraging students to start a career in law. Victoria understands the importance of networking in the area and wants to ensure younger members of the firm are introduced to and attend BPA events.

Victoria is acting as the representative for the Property Group at Steele Raymond which consists of the Residential Development Team and Commercial Property Team. Steele Raymond can therefore offer a very broad range of services for local property professionals and have expert property lawyers with the experience, resources and commercial skills to give prompt and practical solutions.
